Spam Filters in Cloud Hosting
If you get a cloud hosting plan from us and if you make use of our mail services, you will be able to enable anti-spam protection for any of the email accounts that you set up from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. With no more than a couple of clicks of the mouse, you can pick between five different levels of protection. If you start getting spam, you can start with the lowest level and then slowly increase the level until you stop receiving spam. We rely on one of the best and most famous email filters out there called SpamAssassin. It analyzes the header section and the body of each message that you get and determines a spam score, based on which it either deletes a specific email message or allows it to enter your mailbox. The Hepsia hosting Control Panel will also allow you to activate custom spam filters and either get rid of undesired email messages or re-send them to a 3rd-party email address such as firstname.lastname@example.org where you can examine them again later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server package from our company and if you set up one or more email addresses with any of the domain names hosted under your account, you will be able to enable the powerful, 5-level SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we provide and keep all unsolicited email messages away from your inbox. This feature is accessible through the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be enabled or disabled for any email account at any time. You can also fine-tune the protection level with a few clicks of the mouse in case spam emails still enter your inbox or the filter starts deleting genuine messages. Since you can choose if the spam should be deleted momentarily or forwarded to some other mailbox, you can set up email@example.com, for example, and check all filtered messages there, so as to ensure that you won’t miss an email that you require. The emails that the anti-spam filter permits to go through will still be delivered to your mailbox.
